Shipping & Returns
We ship apparel, accessories, and surfboards within the European Union (EU) only. Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the number of items ordered, weight of the shipment, and destination. Domestic and international shipments are processed by reliable carriers such as CTT-Portuguese Postal Service, Chronopost, or DPD. However, please note that we are not responsible for any delays incurred during transit with third-party courier services.
Delivery times or special delivery instructions must be arranged directly with the third-party courier service. Orders shipped to destinations outside the EU may be subject to import taxes or duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Surfboard shipping rates are determined by the length and weight of the surfboard as well as the shipping destination. After you place an order for a surfboard, we will contact you via email to provide further shipping rates and options.
We accept exchanges for purchased items within 15 days of purchase with the original receipt. Returned items can only be exchanged for items of the same value or higher upon payment of the difference. Items must be in their original state, unused, and with all original tags/labels attached. Please note that we do not accept returns for a refund.
Sale items, products purchased with discounts, and surfboards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded unless the original item shipped was incorrect. If you would like to return any item, please contact us via email for further instructions.
